I completed my physics dissertation on Beam Dynamics phase space manipulations in phototinjectors under the supervision of Professor Philippe Piot at Northern Illinois Uninversity. The project involves research and design, simulation, optimization, modeling, and data analysis.
Throughout my years as a graduate student I have had experiences in analytical and numerical methods in problems solving using MATLAB,C/C++ and Python programming in UNIX environment.
I work intensively with analytical modeling; statistical process and Monte Carlo Simulation. The methods I've developed can be implemented in different areas, for example, in the Finance industry. I spend my free time learning more about Finance, trading, options analyst due to richness in the math for the treatment of such PDE ( Black-Sholes model) and its similarity with the work I have done ( Fokker Planck Equation). Some of the books that I have read/reading and recommended by the Finance community are: "Options, Futures, and Other Derivatives, 7th edition by John Hull", " My life as a Quant by Emanuel Derman", in addition to other articles on the net ".
